New Additions to the page.

The first store was opened in San Lorenzo, California on July 29, 1949. Founder by Mervin G. Morris, the store was originally named Mervin's, but an architect suggested that a spelling that included a "Y" instead of an "I" would be more visually appealing, the rest is history. In late 2008 the chain filed for Chapter 7 and began liquidation sales at all remaining stores. By 2009 all stores were closed
